Christian theology research paper topics

From the time that I was just a few months old, I’ve been in church. Growing up in a Christian household included Sunday and Wednesday night services, vacation bible school (Which always fell the during the hottest week of every summer!), weeks at our local summer camp (Round Lake Christian Camp in Lakeville, Ohio) and lock-ins and mission trips with awesome Youth pastors. As I prepared for the transition from high school to college, I spent that summer volunteering at Greenwood Lake Camp & Conference Center in Delaware, Ohio.
I went back to GLC for several summers during my college years. As a young adult the decision to attend a Lutheran-based University (Capital University in Bexley, Ohio) was easy for me. Now as I continue to grow and work to raise my own children in a faith-based home, I continue to explore my religious boundaries and seek to learn more about faith and how it can impact our world. In the 3rd century, Tertullian claimed that God exists as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—the three personae of one and the same substance. [20] To trinitarian Christians God the Father is not at all a separate god from God the Son (of whom Jesus is the incarnation) and the Holy Spirit, the other hypostases (Persons) of the Christian Godhead . [20] According to the Nicene Creed, the Son (Jesus Christ) is "eternally begotten of the Father", indicating that their divine Father-Son relationship is not tied to an event within time or human history.
